21 Day Plant-based Challenge

Schedule:

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Optional Q&A

12:00 PM – 12:55 PM Educational Session

  1:00 PM – 1:45 PM Fitness Class

Cost:

$399 per person

 

The 21 Day Plant-based Challenge includes:

  • 10 educational sessions
  • 10 group fitness sessions
  • Blood and body metrics at the beginning and the end of the challenge (optional)
  • Program memento and educational materials
  • Educational sessions available on-line for missed sessions
